1. Install Power Automate Desktop (free on Windows 10/11).
2. New flow 'Rates to Excel'.
3. Launch new Edge > URL of a public page with a table.
4. 'Extract data from web page' > select the table.
5. 'Launch Excel' (blank) > 'Write to Excel worksheet' with the extracted DataTable at A1.
6. 'Save Excel' as C:\Reports\rates.xlsx > Close Excel > Close browser.
7. Run and watch each action.
