EXP returns e^x and undoes LN. Use it to turn summed log returns back into an ordinary percentage.

Syntax

=EXP(number)
Argument What it means
number The power.

Examples

Example 1

=EXP(SUM(D3:D252))-1

Yearly return from a column of daily log returns.
