Co-owners: flow details > Owners > Edit. Add a colleague or a group so the flow survives holidays and resignations.
Service account: for team-critical flows, build connections with a shared account, not a person’s login.
Run history and Analytics (flow details page): failures over time, slowest actions.
Solutions (make.powerautomate.com > Solutions): package related flows with connection references and move them from test to production.
Limits worth knowing
Standard connectors (Outlook, Excel Online, SharePoint, Teams, Approvals) come with most Microsoft 365 plans. Premium connectors (HTTP, SQL Server, Dataverse in many cases) need a Power Automate licence. Action counts per day are also limited per plan; very busy flows should move to Dataverse and premium.

💡 Keep a one-page note per flow: trigger, owner, what it changes, and what to do if it fails. Link it in the flow’s description.
Practice
Add a co-owner to one of your flows and review its run history. Build it in your own Microsoft 365 account at make.powerautomate.com, test it with the practice file, and check the run history.
