AVERAGE returns the arithmetic mean: the sum divided by the count of numbers. Empty cells and text are ignored, but zeros are counted.
Syntax
=AVERAGE(number1, [number2], ...)

Average ignoring zero days (holidays), which AVERAGE would count.
