PROB adds the probabilities of outcomes falling between two limits, from a simple value/probability table.

Syntax

=PROB(x_range, prob_range, lower_limit, [upper_limit])
Argument What it means
prob_range Must add up to 1.

Examples

Example 1

=PROB(A2:A7, B2:B7, 3, 5)

Chance of selling 3 to 5 units a day from a demand table.
