Combine everything into the deck you’ll reuse every month.
- Template: start from the brand .potx (lessons 1-2).
- Numbers: either link charts to the monthly Excel file (lesson 3) or regenerate region slides with the script (lesson 6). Linking suits a few charts; generating suits many similar slides.
- Navigation: sections per region and a Summary Zoom as slide 2 (lesson 5).
- Headline: one Morph pair showing target vs actual (lesson 4).
- Accessibility: titles, alt text and a final checker pass (lesson 7).
Monthly routine
Update the Excel file → open the deck → Update links (or run the script) → check the headline slide → File > Export > PDF for anyone who shouldn’t edit. Ten minutes instead of an afternoon.
💡 Keep a “Notes for next month” slide hidden at the end: which numbers needed manual fixes, which link broke. It turns into your improvement list.
