Supplier invoices arrive by email; someone downloads and files them. This flow does it the moment they arrive.

Build it

  1. Trigger When a new email arrives (V3) with Include Attachments and Only with Attachments = Yes, Subject Filter “Invoice”.
  2. Apply to each over Attachments (one email can have several).
  3. Inside, a Condition: Attachments Name ends with “.pdf”, so signature logos (image001.png) are skipped.
  4. If yes: OneDrive Create file (or SharePoint) › folder /Invoices › name: formatDateTime(utcNow(),'yyyy-MM-dd') + “_” + Attachments Name › content: Attachments Content.
💡 Add the sender’s name to the file name or create one folder per supplier (Folder path = /Invoices/ + From) so files are organised without manual work.

Expressions

Expressions like formatDateTime(), concat() and toLower() are typed in the Expression tab of the dynamic content panel. They work like Excel functions.

Where people go wrong

Problem Fix
Logos and signatures saved Filter by extension
Same name overwrites a file Add date/time or the email id to the name
