DOLLARDE converts prices quoted in fractions (like 1 and 2/16) into decimals — still seen in some bond and commodity feeds.

Syntax

=DOLLARDE(fractional_dollar, fraction)
Argument What it means
fraction Denominator, e.g. 16 or 32.

Examples

Example 1

=DOLLARDE(1.02, 16)

Returns 1.125 (1 and 2/16).
